Introduction

Welcome to Irey Acres Farm. By purchasing our products or participating in activities on our property, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Product sales

• Disclaimer for Homemade Foods: All homemade food items sold are produced in a home and kitchen and are not subject to state or local inspection. Labels will include the required disclaimer: "Not for Resale - Processed and prepared without the benefit of state or local inspection".

• Product Availability: All prroducts are subject to availability and may vary by season.

• Final Sale: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

On-Farm activites and agritourism

​

• Inherent Risks: Patrons acknowledge and assume the inherent risks associated with farm activities, including but not limited to uneven terrain, contact with animals, and interactions with farm equipment.

• Assumption of Risk: As per Utah law, an operator of an agritourism activity is not liable for injury, illness, or damage to personal property that primarily results from the inherent risks of the activity.

• Safety Guidelines: All visitors must follow posted safety guidelines and instructions from Irey Acres Farm staff at all times. Failure to do so is at the visitor's own risk.

Visitor code of conduct

• Respect for Property: We ask all visitors to treat our property with care and respect. Do not enter unauthorized areas.

• No Smoking/Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on the farm property.

• Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted on the farm grounds to ensure the safety of our livestock, crops, and other visitors.

• Ensure that the appropriate attire is worn such as but not limited to covered toed shoes, boots, etc.

Intellectual property

All content on the Irey Acres Farm website and social media, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Irey Acres Farm and protected by copyright law.

Limitation of liability

Irey Acres Farm is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or participation in on-farm activities.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.

Terms and Conditions for the Irey Acres Farm Blog Subscription

1. Introduction and Agreement to Terms

This document, along with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") governing your use of the blog content and subscription services (the "Service") offered on the website ireyacresfarm.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. The Service

Irey Acres Farm offers a monthly subscription service that provides access to exclusive blog content for a fee of $5 per month.

3. Subscription and Billing

​

• Monthly Subscription: Your subscription to the Service is a monthly recurring subscription.

• Payment: The monthly subscription fee is $5. By starting your subscription, you authorize Irey Acres Farm to charge your payment method provided each month on the date corresponding to the start of your subscription.

• Billing Cycle: The subscription fee will be billed at the beginning of the paying portion of your subscription and each month thereafter, unless and until you cancel your subscription.

4. Free Trial

​

• Free Trial Period: New subscribers are eligible for a one-time 7-day free trial of the Service.

• Conversion to Paid Subscription: Your paid subscription will begin automatically at the end of the 7-day free trial period unless you cancel your subscription before the trial period ends.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

​

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings on the Site and following the cancellation instructions. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing cycle.

• No Refunds After Trial: All subscription fees are non-refundable. After the initial 7-day free trial period has expired, Irey Acres Farm does not offer refunds or credits for any reason, including for partially used periods. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription within the free trial period if you do not wish to be charged.

• Trial Period Notice: We will provide an email notice to you at least 24 hours before your 7-day free trial period ends to inform you that the trial is concluding and that billing will begin.

6. User Accounts

• Account Creation: To subscribe to the Service, you will be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account information updated.

• Account Termination: Irey Acres Farm reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

 

7. Intellectual Property

• All original content on the Irey Acres Farm blog, including but not limited to text, images, and other media, is the intellectual property of Irey Acres Farm and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without express written permission.

8. Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification

The Service is provided "AS IS" and Irey Acres Farm disclaims all warranties. Irey Acres Farm is not liable for damages resulting from your use of the Service. You agree to indemnify Irey Acres Farm from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or use of the Service.

Irey Acres Farm may modify these Terms with notice via email or website posting. Your continued use signifies acceptance of modified Terms .
