Irey Acres Farm: Refund Policy

No Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all food and produce sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to arrange for a refund or replacement. To assist with your request, we require photos of the item and your proof of purchase.

On-farm activities

Non-refundable admission: Tickets for on-farm activities, events, or tours are non-refundable.
Weather policy: As an outdoor venue, we operate in most weather conditions. In the event of extreme or dangerous weather, Irey Acres Farm may cancel or postpone the event. We will contact you to discuss options for rescheduling. Refunds will not be issued for weather events.
